Again, a day where I got ahead early
I took advantage of yesterday's early waking to go to bed early and do it again. This time I woke up just before five am and it's now 8:30 as I write this. During that time, I:
- Groomed
- Weighed myself (209.2)
- Did a very short mobility set before my meditation
- Practiced satipatthana and did prostrations
- 10 minutes of squatting while also reading 15 minutes of suttas
- Did my weight routine (I'll do ba duan jin in the evenings)
- Ate breakfast
- Watched a theory video on Magic: The Gathering and another video on squat stretching
- Plunked around on my baritone ukulele
That frees up the rest of my day for work, errands, and house chores until the evening. Fantastic!
I did review ba duan jin yesterday and did a round in the evening. It may be my evening loosening up routine after doing so much sitting for my day job.
I think my in-between task today at work will be cleaning up old files on my computer.
